To cook, first pour some oil into a frying pan and chop and fry the onion
Cut the chicken into thin slices, fry and then chop the mushrooms, bell peppers and tomatoes and add to the chicken.
Then chop the mushrooms and bell peppers and add to the minced and fried meats.
Before frying the mushrooms, add a tablespoon of lemon juice so that the color does not darken. At this stage, mix all the ingredients together and add salt and pepper.
Close the pan and remove from the heat to soften and flavor theingredients.
