Good morning my friends, today I got for you a very healthy way to cook and eat your chicken, easy to create with not many ingredients and really healthy, please give this a try as following

Ingredients

Rice for pilaf 1 glass of water
Butter 1 tbsp
Vegetable cube 1
Water 2 1/2 glasses of water
Carrots 3 pcs cleaned
Peas 1 cup of tea
Corn 1 cup of tea
Chicken breast 1 large
Parsley 1/2 bunch chopped
Salt Pepper

Instructions

Boil the vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) in salted water for 20-30 minutes until slightly softened. At the same time, cook the chicken in a non-stick pan with a little oil (after we have washed and cleaned it). Strain the vegetables and let them drain well. Melt the butter in a saucepan and as soon as it melts, add the water and the vegetable cube. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat to 1 and add the rice. Season with salt and pepper and cover the pot with the lid. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the water is completely absorbed. Once we turn off the heat, add the vegetables and the chicken that we cut into small pieces and mix them slowly. Serve hot, sprinkling chopped parsley on top.
