Good morning my friends, a nice and spicy recipe for all my beautiful friends today , let’s create

Ingredients

1 egg

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons sweet cumin

3-4 cloves of garlic

A little cinnamon for shaping and for the sauce

salt, pepper to taste

Sauce:

4-5 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and grated

2 grated onions

1 teaspoon sweet sugar

2-3 grains of allspice

oil, salt (optional)

a little cumin (1/2 teaspoon)

A little semi-sweet red wine

eh, and some cinnamon

and a little garlic

Preparation

Knead the minced meat (after mixing the ingredients well with the minced meat, let the mixture stand for at least 1 hour to mix the aromas and flavors.) And shape the soutzoukaki by dipping your hands in wine or vinegar and fry them.

He wants a low heat and not much frying!

In the oven we have put in a pan the tomato, the onion, a little of the oil we fried, a little red wine, a little cumin, the garlic, the cinnamon, salt and pepper, the sugar and the spice to boil. We put the soutzoukaki in the pan of the sauce that is already hot and so they do not crack. Take care every now and then to open the oven and pour the sauce over them until they set. This way they become juicy.

The whole process can be done in the pot if you want.

Secrets:
-No onion in minced meat!

-The sauce to bind!

-The whole game in soutzoukaki is in the intensity of the cumin.

Served with rice, but also with french fries, or noodles, or puree,

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece and I always waiting for your comments
