Sometimes you can pamper your loved ones with harmful, but very tasty sausages in the dough. And this dough is airy and soft!

Warm water - 160 ml
Warm milk - 160 ml
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Dry yeast - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons
Vegetable oil for frying
Sausages - 8-10 pcs.
In a large saucepan, mix milk and water, add sugar and yeast, and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes until frothy.
Then add oil and salt.
Stir and add sifted flour.
You should get a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Place the pot in a warm place and cover with a towel.
Leave on for 3 hours. Crumple two or three times.
Then grease your hands with butter and divide the dough into balls the size of a chicken egg.
Crumple the balls and shape with your hands an oblong flat cake the length of a sausage.
Place sausages on the cakes.
Put in a frying pan preheated with a large amount of vegetable oil, fry over medium heat on both sides, until golden brown.
Place finished products on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess fat.
