Sour cream biscuits.

We will need:

250-300 g flour
● 1 egg
● ½ cup sour cream
● 2-3 tbsp. Sahara
● 2 tbsp. softened butter
● 1 tsp. baking powder (or ½ tsp soda quenched with vinegar)

✨ Cooking:

Sift flour with a mound, add egg, sugar and sour cream in the middle. (not melted) butter, baking powder (or soda quenched with vinegar) and knead the dough.

Lightly sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick and cut out the biscuits. Then transfer them to a baking sheet, oiled or covered with baking paper, prick with a fork and grease with an egg. Bake at 180-200 * C until golden brown (I have baked for 20-25 minutes).
