Oatmeal with a dab of peanut-butter and a tablespoon or two of hemp-hearts.
In this quick meal you get the hearty fiber of the oatmeal, healthy fats and protein from the peanut-butter, and even more protein and healthy fats from the hemp-hearts, along with a healthy slew of minerals.
Have a side of fruits for even more nutritional value.
I think oatmeal or even steelcut oats are better than the modern breakfast ceareals and I would think have to be cheaper as well.
No idea what hemp-hearts are ; so that is probably a great idea 2 investigate : )
