Before I cook this into a tastey meal of wild Wood-Ear Mushroom and wild asparagus, i'd like to talk about that mushroom a bit, I mean, seriously, this thing looks and feels like a human ear. it's creepy.
I cut them to little pieces and I fry them with onions and add to a scrambled egg, they taste really nice though not everyone like them.
