I love strawberries but I don't buy them all the time because they go bad so fast. Normally they only last for 2-3 days.
My grocery store has strawberries on sale like every other week and it's 3 packs for $3. Sometimes they do 2 packs for $1. But this week they had 5 packs for $3. I knew I wouldn't to eat them all and waste probably half of them... but they were so cheap I had to buy them, all greenish not ripe ones so I thought they would last longer while they get ripen.
But then I remembered Rachael Ray carrot trick. Put dead carrots in a ice cold water will revive them and stuff. So I watched Youtube, I was half right! Soak them in a baking soda vinegary water will keep strawberries longer!

But then I found out about this...
Strawberries are not berries 🤯🤯🤯 What!
Bananas are berries!
Avocados are berries!
Watermelons are berries!
But strawberreis are not berries!?
Because strawberry "seeds" are not inside...
AND those "seeds" are not even seeds, they are ovaries 😲 so that makes strawberries a flower? 🌷🌷🌷
Why do they even put berry in the strawberry in the first place...
What else is a flower that's not fruit?

Bacially figs are inverted flowers... that means little bees go inside the flower and do their bee business.
In this process, male bees die inside there...
So figs are flowers with dead wasps inside?

Most figs that are sold at the stores are self-pollinating figs so they don't have dead proteins in them, but how do you know which ones are actually self-pollinating and dead wasps... without opening them?
