This savoury dish is composed of miki noodles, sliced pork meat, pork innards, pork stock, and pork cracklings. This is not for those whose diet is against eating foods high in cholesterol, but for those who can, you'll surely enjoy this soup dish. Pork has this signature savoury taste that fulfills tastebuds every single time. Batchoy is usually served during rainy days in order to warm up to combat the cold rainy weather.
