Yesterday I came home from the field to get the documentation of an event and when I get home my stomach feels hungry On the way home I smelled a very seductive scent and made my stomach grow hungry, it turns out the aroma came from Mie sauce caluk, and I just thought "hungry? Mie Caluk solution", I continue to buy put on my desk work and Hmmmmmm yummy....
Mie caluk is one of the favorite dishes of the people of Aceh and often also called Spaghetti version Aceh (slightly similar to food Italy).
Mie Caluk served with sauce or peanut sauce or can also be served with a spicy condensed gravy spicy sauce Nuts as well as little pieces of vegetables, cucumber slices and crackers.
The materials used for making noodles caluk using the spices, so the flavor and aroma is very distinctive and tempting.
This food comes from Aceh Region Pidie and Pidie Jaya. So the sellers of mie caluk we often meet peddling Merchandise with makeshift place of traditional market and Aceh culinary sales area.
If you go to Aceh would not be valid what it feels if not enjoy culinary this one, would be nice.
