Tonight, was Thai cuisine. Preparation took between 3-4 hours and we made 3-4 different meals.
Pad Thai is a crowd pleaser and I ground nuts, as well as minced garlic.
Curry was another delicious dish
My favorite was a beef, lemon grass mix and I helped out with a tangy papaya salad and prepping tasks, like grating ingredients, or squeezing lime juice and chopping onions.

We were fortunate to enjoy this tasty feast with a couple bottles of wine: one white from Armenia & another red from Bulgaria!
