Courgette flowers with ricotta.

Autumn is the season for stuffed courgette flowers. It's a simple and tasty dish, easy to make, perfect for the cold winter days.

You need

300 grams of ricotta

12 courgettes flowers

A spoon of oil

A spoon of parmisan cheese

A pan and a pinch of salt.

Put the oil in the pan and open the flowers, when they are well opened, prepare a pastry bag full of ricotta, with the pastry bag is easier put it in the flowers, than add a little bit of parmisan and close them.

Than put it in the oven at 200,for one hour or a little bit less, until the flowers look darker but not too much they must look crunchy.

So open the oven and put the salt on the flowers and a bunch of oil too.

Serve them.

This dish its really simple but it's always successful.
