Here is a good recipe for pork and shrimp seaweed wraps. They're easy to make. Let’s start.
Serves: 3-4 people
Preparation Method
Ingredients
1.Minced pork, 500 grams
2.Shrimp, 200 grams
3.Egg white, 1
4.Seaweed, 4-5 pieces
5.Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons
6.Pepper, 1 teaspoon
7.Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
8.Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon
How to make pork and shrimp seaweed wraps
1.Put minced pork and shrimp in the mortar and mash together.
2.Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and egg white and mix together.
3.Put seaweed on the plate and then add filling on the seaweed horizontally.
4.Wrap it and and use water at the end to stick together.
5.Steam the seaweed wraps about 15-20 minutes or until they are done.
6.Serve on a dish with chinkang vinegar.
You can add carrots, shiitake mushrooms or whatever you like.
