These days we need to eat healthily to build up our immune system.

It is good to eat more vegetables.

I try to cook more vegetables into my daily dishes.

For this noodle lunch, I added lots of mushrooms and differents kinds of sweet pepper.

這些 Covid 19 時候,我們需要健康飲食以增強免疫系統。

多吃蔬菜是件好事。

我嘗試在日常菜餚中煮更多的蔬菜。

在這個麵條午餐中,我加入了很多蘑菇和各種甜椒。
