A simple meal, made with fresh herbs and tomatoes off the vines. Simple, homemade, healthy and delicious. A glass of white wine to wash it all done. Delightful.
I should have added some cold meats if I had them. Would add more flavours.
Cheese would also be a nice addition. It is what it is.
