It’s a secret recipe how to make Naastart
3 egg yolks
1 Boiled egg yolk
100gr cornstarch
150gr icing sugar
50gr Holman Butter
150gr Wisjman Butter
100gr Anchor Butter
550gr Wheat protein (steamed 1 hour)
Cheese (optional)
How to make Pienapple Jam
Puree 2 piece Pienapple
250gr sugar
a pinch Cinnamon
How to:
Egg yolks, Blueband, sugar and butter (for 5minutes blend with mixer)
After that, add flour, milk powder and cornstarch
Mix with spatula until completely mixed
Note: over mixer able to loud
Spreas Ingredient:
3tsp condensed milk
2tsp Vegetable oil
1pcs Duck egg yolk
Stir well
How topical:
The first spreadable when the cake is already baked 3/4
Remove the oven and spread again 5min before ripe to avoid causing froth (seamless)
