Saludos mi querida comunidad, hoy gracias a dios reactive mi centro de producción, que por motivos del covid-19 permanecía cerrado, este título se debe a que me dedico a producir comidas autóctonas de la región, quien en Venezuela en especial en el Zulia no desayuna con unos pasteles, tequeños, papitas con su respectiva salsa y refresco, tengo 5 años dedicándome a dar lo mejor de estos productos, los llevare al proceso de producción a través de una línea de trabajo sincronizado.

Greetings my dear community, today thanks to God I reactivated my production center, which for reasons of covid-19 remained closed, this title is due to the fact that I am dedicated to producing indigenous foods of the region, who in Venezuela especially in Zulia does not have breakfast with some cakes, tequeños, chips with their respective sauce and soft drink, I have been dedicating 5 years to give the best of these products, I will take them to the production process through a synchronized line of work.

The process begins in two simultaneous stages that are the cutting of the cheese bars into sticks according to the specified measure, while on the other side we begin to prepare the dough, this process we do by mixing the ingredients such as flour, salt, sugar, egg and water in the mixer.

El proceso comienza en dos etapas simultaneas que son el corte de las barras de quesos en palitos según la medida especificada, mientras por el otro lado empezamos a preparar la masa, este proceso lo hacemos mezclando los ingredientes como la harina, sal, azúcar, huevo y agua en la amasadora.

After the ingredients are mixed, the dough is removed from the mixer, we give it a rest for 30 minutes and we proceed to pass it through the sheeter, here we bring the dough to a fine thickness and then cut into long strips.

Luego que los ingredientes se mezclan, se saca la masa de la amasadora, les damos un reposo de 30 minutos y procedemos a pasarla por la laminadora, aquí llevamos las masas a un grosor fino y luego se cortan en tiras largas.

At this point we have the dough ready and the cheese cut, we begin the assembly of the tequeños, it is a manual process where a worker wraps the cheese with the strips of dough and they are placed on a baking tray, then we take them to the cellar freezer for an hour.

En este punto ya tenemos la masa lista y el queso cortado, comenzamos el armado de los tequeños, es un proceso manual donde un trabajador envuelve el queso con las tiras de masa y se van colocando en una bandeja panadera, luego los llevamos a la cava congeladora por una hora.

We arrive at the packing phase, here we place the tequeños in anime trays, and they are packed according to the orders, generally they are packages of 20 or 30 units and then we label them and finally we take them to the freezing cellar for 12 hours.

Llegamos a la fase de empacado, aquí colocamos los tequeños en bandejas de anime, y se empacan de acuerdo a los pedidos, generalmente son paquetes de 20 o 30 unidades y luego los etiquetamos y por ultimo lo llevamos a la cava de congelación por 12 horas.
