Of course, we ended the night with more drinking. So much in fact that I ended up getting more than tipsy. I definitely felt it the next day...

The nice and fatty salmon we had went well with the liquor. Richness paired with crispness.

        Great post and thanks for sharing. If I had to pick, I'd pair this with a Vienna lager. The two would be delicious together
