One of the famous filipino cuisines back from the previous time is tinolang manok. There are numerous variation of tinolang manok from different corners of the country. Some are spicy and some are flavorful (combination of sweet, spicy and sour). Aside from being the champion dish in every filipino house hold, it is now rocky the international stage as it introduce itself to the world the foreign dish and cuisine. Another milestone for every filipino chef around the globe. Aside from this phenomenal break through. I was bless to have an opportunity to witness cooking tinolang manok in a indigenous way. and the good part is the ingredients we will be using are all organic. yes, all natural free from all toxins and chemical which made it more mouth watering and tasty.
