Full of drama. Twists and turns. As it is unscripted. It is improv.
Which is great for sports - but it's not so good for business.
In business, we don't like improv. We don't like surprises (unless they're really good ones 😁 ).
Our clients and customers prefer structure. Systems and processes. Predictability, to inspire confidence that all is in hand.
Or perhaps, the ideal for for our clients and customers is a strong element of predictable & systematic process with a smattering of magic and innovation (just no drama!).

The truth is that if there was a lot of drama to end the season, Man City and Liverpool were the two best teams and now to wait for the Champions League final next Saturday, where for me Liverpool, if it recovers some of the injured, is the favorite to lift the title
