It's pretty cool. You either stream directly to athenascope or it can be auto connected to twitch so whenever you finish a stream there that includes a game it is trained to edit, it analyses it and makes clips and highlights.
If you meet certain requirements for a particular game by a weekly deadline it will also make a showcase video of your gameplay, which is essentially a montage with music.
Ofc it only knows how to understand the gameplay and not stuff like commentary so it will make cuts where it cuts commentary off mid sentence but that's not a big deal and it's not surprising at all given it is trained to edit gaming footage, not commentary.
