The Australian Constitution GUARANTEES that NO MEDICAL PROCEDURE can be CONSCRIPTED.
There are ACTS that GUARANTEE Consumer Rights.
There are ACTS that GUARANTEE DOCTOR PATIENT PRIVACY.
But the most important thing from all the items listed is the FACT that THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT was voted in BY REFERENDUM.
Hence IT OVERPOWERS ANY AND ALL PARLIAMENTS.
Now, I understand that the self proclaimed gods, aka "politicians" think and do as they think, they push their own personal and ideological agendas instead of REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE/NATION so it is no surprise that they literally do not give two hoots about any Referendum or Constitution, let alone any existing Acts and Laws.
Yet, it seems to be a time for ALL PEOPLE in ALL DEMOCRATIC NATIONS to pull up our socks and start to protect OUR HUMAN RIGHTS TO INDIVIDUALITY, no matter what our personal opinions may be. The glory of humanity is our INDIVIDUALITY and that is something that MUST be protected at all times.
NO BULLIES or ideological madness should distract us in a way that we become delusional and mimic those wanna be gods aka politicians.
Those MOBS of ideological Borgs need to be put into their place and it will take every single Human Being with a sense of self respect and respect for others as INDIVIDUALS to PROTECT us from all those who believe that their "opinions" or "their ideological humbug" is more important than our HUMAN RIGHT TO INDIVIDUALITY.
I hope that we can stand up to this tyranny and dystopian ludicrous behavior that we have been putting up with over the recent decades,

Thanks for this mate. I have been researching natural law, american constitution, British Magna Carta and got wondering what Australian citizen rights are.
The interview/video is fantastic as the gentleman explains everything in a way that everyone can clearly comprehend and take in, without doing the usual "use terms and words that are purely of a specific nature and that will mislead the listeners".
He did a great job.
Likewise, he gave two examples of how pollies are abusing their positions of power (responsibility) and voting in laws that are unconstitutional, knowingly.
Hence, taking advantage of the bureaucracy and the time it takes to put those laws into the rubbish bin, where they belong. They all know all too well that during that time frame, those unconstitutional laws are going to be enforced and they simply don't care about the fact that they abused the system to push their personal opinions or agendas. Reason for that is the fact that we the people do not hold them accountable for their ill doings.
Likewise, this entire course of discussion and information flow brings up another hot potatoe of a topic:
How can the governments (both national and state) bring about laws that force Citizens to immunize their children?
Namely, as one example:
if a child has not received all the immunizations that are a mile long list of drugs injected into their bodies, the parents can't be given any of the financial assistance that are available to parents of Australian children. Likewise there are some "laws" that deny those children without all those drugs put into them equal rights in society.
idk. What "loophole" exists for the governments to be able to get away with this type of extortion and blackmail which clearly contradicts the will of the people expressed via Referendum in ref. to "conscripted medics/medical procedures".
I dare say, that somewhere, somehow in the past, some branch of the Judicial System may have made a "booboo" or outright "failed" to separate themselves as the individuals from their professional duties and responsibilities. I don't see any other explanation for that.
A Referendum is not some "questionnaire" or half wanked "poll". A Referendum is BINDING and overpowers ALL LEVELS OF "REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT". It is the most powerful decision in any sincere Democratically governed/managed nation.
So it should be.

Lawfare is utilized in our contemporary era of utter brainwashing & extremely high-level potency #msm Mainstream Media-driven psychological operations to what i'd call a violent and sadistic degree, that Australians have forgotten they have rights (or they can simply say "no").

the amount of acts, amendments, mandates, directives and legislative instruments that have been unfurled Australia-wide from 2020 onwards is so overwhelming. Overwhelming in its overreach, inhumanity, volume and complexity. I can't keep up yet I keep on going back to trace it's origin, the hows and whys.
And the people, the citizens of Australia have been removed of the capability to believe that they can do so. The lack of heroism, lack of oppositional voices and actions is something that's become uniquely Australian. freedom of speech and using your voice to an aussie is something you do on Facebook or in the comments section of any article published by Fairfax and News Ltd on their websites. Ugh!
I've been researching this. Western Australia was one of the first testing grounds for the vile No Jab, No Play social welfare controls. I've managed to track back it's origin to one particular MP, one who was a rising star in Australian Politics if there ever was one. One who was Attorney General of Australia up until recently...
I was never aware of this referendum that Darren Dixon covered... Know about informed consent, privacy act and from a professional viewpoint I know about Liability and Medical Malpractice but my inherent inalienable rights granted under Australian constitutional law and Commonwealth referendum is a giant blank spot.
I signed up to the Glossa Channel too. Finding them will fill a big gap in my local knowledge of rights, legal action, constitution etc etc. I wanna reach out for some advice regarding a few things i've got going under the ACCC's Australian Consumer Law charter.
