That sounds like a lot of passive-aggressive behavior. You think he was hired by the retreat to push buttons and make you all grow more?
Or just one of those people who don't even have to speak to be disagreeable.
And kudos to you - I don't think I would be a happy camper for a month of silence...

Thanks mariannewest. Me and some other people in the silent retreat discussed this (under the radar talking happens, it's true), and decided yes, he could have been a plant. Thanks for your writing prompts, I'm really enjoying writing again.
