Twitter blew up for the inside Smash Bros. community on Friday when Tamim the Bayo/ZSS main(formerly known as Mistake) dropped news of an alleged relationship between (Ally)[] a famous Mario main from Brawl & Smash4 days, and Captain Zack, the 17 year old Smash4 Bayonetta main, who was often Ally's partner in doubles at Smash4 majors.
Ally made headlines in the Smash scene early last year for his previous relationship with a woman who felt she was being controlled. The woman who made the claims was also Ally's fan club manager, but decided to split ways after Ally grew jealous of her apparent interests in Smash Bros. personality Larry Lurr. The abuse mental abuse mentioned in this woman's account of their relationship was the first time the Smash community had heard wind of any type of predatory actions from the public figure Ally.
Now we having breaking news of a possible relationship between Ally and Zack. This video covers my original reactions to the situation as I scroll through Twitter and dig for the truth in real-time.
Tamim tweeted that he would be cautious about sharing the information that started to flood his inbox from members of the Smash community that had suffered some type of harassment from figure heads. The most notable, other than Ally, being Manny (Static Manny) who has apparently gained as much as 10 DMs worth of harassment claims to Tamim's inbox in just under an hour of the tweet's release.
