As usual, given the social distancing, the community day event will last for six hours and will be on a Saturday from 11am to 5pm local times. The reward during the event will be a 1/4 hatch distance bonus. Incense will last three hours during the event as well which gives an opportunity to play while at home.
As usual, you will have a chance to encounter the shiny form of the Pokémon Gastly in increased probabilities during the event. Also, an exclusive Ghost type move called Shadow Punch will be gained from evolving Haunter (Gastly evolution) to Gengar up to two hours after the event has been announced. It will be interesting to see how much interest this gets from the community this month. Good luck and catch ‘em all!
