Hola amigos espero que estén muy bien, hoy les traigo un post un poco distintos a los últimos, como ya saben actualmente vivo en Brasil ya tengo poco más de un año desde que emigre, vivo en Sao Paulo, una ciudad cosmopolita y una de las ciudades más pobladas del mundo, unas de las características más peculiares es el clima, como sabemos cuándo una ciudad esta mas próxima los polos más marcadas tienen las estaciones, se puede decir que Sao Paulo aun se encuentra en una zona tropical y aunque las estaciones no están bien definidas si están mucho más marcadas que en Venezuela, el fin de semana pasado mi esposa y yo decidimos salir a comer a un centro comercial que nos queda a 20 minutos caminando ya que teníamos varias semanas que no provocaba salir por el frio, el clima puede cambiar rápidamente aquí, 8 días antes de la foto de inicio de este post estábamos a 8 ° y luego de solo 8 días estábamos a 31° con un cielo ideal como para estar en la playa , a mi me gusta mucho mas el frio que el calor pero la verdad cuando se tienen varias semanas con frio uno tiende a ser un poco mas perezoso , no provoca salir de la cama jejejej.

Mi esposa tenia días con ganas de comer comida japonesa así que elegimos comer en un lugar donde la mayoría de comida se compra es por peso, puedes elegir una gran variedad de sushis y otros bocadillos japoneses vas agregando lo que gustas a tu plato y al final lo pesan, en ese lugar costaba 7 riais cada 100 gr de sus productos, por lo que es un precio bastante accesible considerando que normalmente el sushi es medio caro, lo que eligió mi esposa peso alrededor de 320 gr para una mujer está bien creo que para un hombre si hacen falta al menos unos 400 a 500 gr mi esposa tomo 8 mini rols y otros bocadillos que no se los nombres para probar jejeje, ya les muestro la foto de ella con su comida .

Por otra parte yo no soy muy amante del sushi así que pedí un plato muy famoso aquí de los japoneses, se llama Yakisoba , aquí a diferencia de Venezuela es muy fácil conseguir locales de comida japonesa , en Venezuela es mucho más fácil y común conseguir de comida china, esto se debe a que Brasil tiene la más grande comunidad japonesa del mundo fuera de su país de origen, el Yakisoba es muy rico es similar al arroz chino de Venezuela solo que es con pasta y están bañando en una cantidad mayor de salsa de soya, es bastante rico y también se puede elegir si se quiere con carne, pollo, cochino o camarones, a continuación les muestro mi foto con mi plato de Yakisoba
