The struggle to build clientele in the business space has made most salesmen oblivion to the digital marketing tools available to scale up their business. Despite the advancement in technology, most business owners still prefer to attract more customers while they cannot guarantee great customer service for the existing customers.

It is better to convert existing customers into paying and repeat customers than chasing new customers. In this blog, I would share five (5) ways most businesses are not (yet) using to scale up their business and clients base.

Send Email

Your business should have a compiled email address of clients. Considering the fact that most people spend their time on social media. They are always distracted with so many business campaigns. Yours will stand out in their mailbox. Also, since they’re not new to your business. They will look forward to what you have to offer.

Get a LinkedIn Page

The best application to source for clients and jobs is LinkedIn. It is good for B2B pitches. Your business will stand out with a powerful profile and you can shoot at your prospective clients and partners for contracts and deals.

Retarget Campaigns

After getting insights from google analytics about the traffic on your website. The next action is to launch a google retargeting ad to those people who showed interest in your product/services. Target campaigns are just a reminder to the people and best means at making a visitor a paying customer.

Record Podcast

You will get a fair advantage in your field if you can speak to your customers about subject that educate and informed them. Speaking as an authority in your field will send a message to them about trusting your business. Even if you can’t cope with the stress of starting a podcast. Don’t hesitate to grant an interview on a show to speak about your business.

Explore Bing

It is strange if you mention bing to people. Due to the overwhelming image Google has created, most people don’t have anything to do with bing. Meanwhile, bing is as good as google. And another advantage is, it is less expensive. So next time you’re conducting a Search Engine Optimization campaign you can try bing services. And your business will get noticed as fast as possible because of less competition.
