in Bulgaria we have one traditional dish the name is Lutenitca, this is a very delicious food , which is prepared with a lot of work the main additives are paper and tomato ,but the secret of this traditional food is that you should cook a lot a lot of time.
Usually we make this outdoor with fire and it’s take a time about, between eight and 10 hours ,I wish to everyone visitor in Bulgaria to taste this very special delicious the name I already said is Lutenitca
