Thinking about stable coins (espec HBD)

Stable coins have their own risks right now...especially with recent squeaks from the US around the future status of these coins.

But I do like HBD right now

Especially as a Brit with a collapsing national currency 😔.

Holding usd seems sensible. It's a matter of capital preservation in the current situation. But usd could fall from here, despite its current King status.

So a 20% return on investments in HBD helps to counterbalance that risk, somewhat.

The danger is always being caught stuck holding a stable coin like HBD if, say, stable coins are deemed illegal by the forces that be.

But for now, from a personal perspective, it might be a risk worth taking. But given my luck with these sorts of things, that's probably the cue to offload all HBD! 😂
