ECTOMORPH, ENDOMORPH, AND MESOMORPH
Ectomorphs are long, slim or slender individuals who seem to be able to eat whatever they like without ever gaining a single pound, I like to believe everyone has a person in their life who eats so much but doesn’t add any weight! Such is life?!✌️Ectomorphs also tend to have a difficult time putting on a lot of muscle.

Endomorphs are the opposite to Ectomorphs. They store fat quickly and tend to be bigger and rounder, especially in the mid-section.

Mesomorphs are all muscle! A Mesomorph’s high metabolism and super responsive muscle cells quickly burn up calories and experience a spike in their regulation of the Myogenin gene which is responsible for our body’s muscle growth.

Most people fall in one category while others fall in one and have some traits of another body type.

It’s good to understand your body type, so you can determine how you eat, the type of food and how often you should exercise.

One way is to observe yourself and ask those around you to tell you but, you have to take responsibility in finding out your body type and doing the needful.
