God calls YOU Holy!
We find in the entire bible that God calls a son of his: "Holy", that word in Greek means: "Holy being" Although he does not always act like a saint. The terminology "Holy" or "Saints" is used thirty-four times in the Old Testament in reference to God's people, not sinners. A writing would suffice to verify this point:
In the new testament we see that a group of brothers are called Saints.
to the church of God that is in Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints with all those who in any place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours:
1 Corinthians 1:2
The word "Called to be" is NOT in the original Greek, yet they were carnal and walked like men.
because you are still carnal; for there being jealousy, strife, and dissension among you, are you not carnal, and walk like men?
1 Corinthians 3:3
In chapter 6 of this letter, After Paul listed eleven different vices some of which the Corinthians were guilty of we read:
And this was some of you; but you have already been washed, you have already been sanctified, you have already been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Corinthians 3:11
In the new creation they were washed, sanctified and justified; yet in the old creation, as we see in this epistle, they behaved as anything but holy.
In the bible it has been recorded that they committed division, fornication, eating things sacrificed to idols, getting drunk at the Lord's supper, and doubting the resurrection. However, in the eyes of God, in terms of their position they were sanctified and justified.
The same thought we see about Israel.
He has not noticed iniquity in Jacob,
Nor has he seen wickedness in Israel.
Jehovah his God is with him,
And joy of king in him.
Numbers 23:21
Balaam had to prophesy that statement about Israel, that God had not noticed iniquity nor seen wickedness in Israel; yet God had tempted ten times.
all who have seen my glory and my signs that I have done in Egypt and in the desert, and have already tempted me ten times, and have not heard my voice,
Numbers: 14:22
God did not see their iniquity and perversity because they were under the blood of the Passover lamb, they were redeemed. The same is with us today.
In the way that has happened with Israel, with the Corinthians, today it happens with many of us, despite our sins, or iniquities, God is the same and has justified us from everything, let us walk confident in our new position as sons of God and turn away from all iniquity.

Dios TE llama Santo!
Encontramos en la biblia entera que Dios llama a un hijo suyo: "Santo", esa palabra en el griego significa: "Santo ser" A pesar que no siempre actúe como un santo. La terminología "Santo" o "Santos" esta usando treinte y cuatro veces en el antiguo testamento en referencia al pueblo de Dios, no a los pecadores. Una escritura bastaría para verificar este punto:
En el nuevo testamento vemos que un grupo de hermanos son llamados Santos.
a la iglesia de Dios que está en Corinto, a los santificados en Cristo Jesús, llamados a ser santos con todos los que en cualquier lugar invocan el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, Señor de ellos y nuestro:
1 Corintios 1:2
La palabra "Llamados a ser" NO está en el original griego, sin embargo eran carnales y anduvieron como hombres.
porque aún sois carnales; pues habiendo entre vosotros celos, contiendas y disensiones, ¿no sois carnales, y andáis como hombres?
1 Corintios 3:3
En el capítulo 6 de esta carta, Después que Pablo enumerara once vicios diferentes de algunos de las cuales los corintios eran culpables leemos:
Y esto erais algunos; mas ya habéis sido lavados, ya habéis sido santificados, ya habéis sido justificados en el nombre del Señor Jesús, y por el Espíritu de nuestro Dios.
1 Corintios 3:11
En la nueva creación fueron lavados, santificados y justificados; sin embargo en la vieja creación, como vemos en esta epístola, ellos se portaron como cualquier otra cosa menos como santos.
En la biblia ha quedado registrado que cometieron División, fornicación, comer cosas sacrificadas a ídolos, emborracharse en la cena del Señor, y dudar de la resurrección. Sin embargo a los ojos de Dios, en cuanto a su posición eran santificados y justificados.
El mismo pensamiento vemos acerca de Israel.
No ha notado iniquidad en Jacob,
Ni ha visto perversidad en Israel.
Jehová su Dios está con él,
Y júbilo de rey en él.
Numeros 23:21
Balaam tuvo que profetizar aquella declaración acerca de Israel, que Dios no había notado iniquidad ni visto perversidad en Israel; sin embargo Dios había tentado diez veces.
todos los que vieron mi gloria y mis señales que he hecho en Egipto y en el desierto, y me han tentado ya diez veces, y no han oído mi voz,
Números : 14:22
Dios no vió su iniquidad y perversidad porque ellos estaban bajo la sangre del cordero pascual, fueron redimidos. Lo mismo es con nosotros hoy.
De la manera que ha ocurrido con Israel, con los corintios, hoy sucede con muchos de nosotros, a pesar de nuestros pecados, o iniquidades, Dios es el mismo y nos ha justificado de todo, caminemos confiados en nuestra nueva posición de hijos de Dios y apartémonos de toda iniquidad.
