Well it's completely impossible that a shark drug the head out to sea...

However personally I do believe that with a mile thick ice sheet across the northern and southern latitudes, that would leave quite a bit of the landscape exposed and dry land as well as lakes and rivers. Which it is very plausible. The evidence of this I can cite as first being the underwater waterfall off of the coast of Oregon and Washington showing that the Columbia River had carved a huge waterfall.

Quite a few other underwater features like the ancient riverbed channel that the Columbia looks like it followed down south past California and then taking a right to go flowing and ending close to the Hawaiian Islands.

I spent a bunch of time looking at Google Earth while being a part of a telemarketing job for a little bit.

I was pretty excited to find quite a bit of the evidence of extremely low sea levels.

The timeline and the more discoveries that we see everyday are just changing our perception of History.

The established consensus of History keeps getting shown how wrong we have misconstrued our past.

However this definitely shows quite a different story to history. And the fact that they were able to recover this artifact as well as the amazing chances that this thing wasn't buried. I definitely want to know quite a bit more about this as well as quite a bit of other knowledge about our past.

You never know that tusk could have been separated from the skeleton by human hand. You never know it could have been thrown over a boat and allowed to sink as an offering.

The more we understand about history or we can understand about ourselves and the reason why we are here.

Unless we're just a bunch of monkeys that started questioning. Personally it's pretty scary if we thought about the alternative being genetically engineered as a race of slaves to mine for gold for a bunch of crazy aliens....
