Hola queridos amigos de Hive y de esta hermosa comunidad de Hive Food, espero se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un lindo día. Hoy les quiero compartir unas galletitas que hice ayer ya que desde hace una semana he estado un poco enferma y en estos últimos días he tenido una tos que me molesta un poco, así que se me ocurrió hacer unas galletas de jengibre con limón para la garganta, son deliciosas y además hace que la garganta te pique un poco cuando la comes, yo siempre las hago cuando alguien de mi familia tienen tos, el problema es que no duran mucho en la nevera 😅. Espero les gusten:

Ingredientes:

🍋3 limones pequeños
🍋1 cucharada de jengibre molido
🍋3cdas de mantequilla
🍋1 taza de azúcar
🍋1 cada de vainilla
🍋1 huevo
🍋2 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso

Procedimiento:

Para empezar vamos a necesitar rayar los tres limones y colocarlo en un recipiente hondo grande . Luego a esos mismos 3 limones le sacamos el jugo y lo mezclamos con la rayadura de limón para que la galleta tenga mucho sabor a limón.

Ahora agregamos el azúcar y la mantequilla y empezamos a remover bien con una cuchara de madera hasta que todo esté bien integrado.

Añadimos el jengibre molido y volvemos a remover.

Agregamos el huevo y la vainilla para continuar removiendo hasta que todo se integre bien.

Ahora empezamos a añadir la harina poco a poco, cuando ya no se pueda seguir usando la cuchara de palo empezaremos a amasar la masa con las manos hasta que los ingredientes queden totalmente integrados.

Estamos listos para empezar a hacer nuestras galletas, para esto primero vamos a enmantequillar una bandeja de horno, luego vamos a hacer pelotas pequeñas con la masa que acabamos de hacer y las vamos colocando en la bandeja.

Cuando tengamos la bandeja llena la colocamos en el horno a 180° por 20 minutos o hasta que estén doradas. Al finalizar este tiempo las dejamos reposar y estarán listas para empezar a comerlas.

Today I want to share with you some cookies that I made yesterday since for a week now I have been a little sick and in these last days I have had a cough that bothers me a little, so it occurred to me to make some ginger cookies with lemon for the throat, they are delicious and also makes your throat itch a little when you eat it, I always make them when someone in my family have a cough, the problem is that they do not last long in the fridge 😅. I hope you like them:

Ingredients:

🍋3 small lemons.
🍋1 tablespoon ground ginger
🍋3tbsp butter
🍋1 cup sugar
🍋1 each vanilla
🍋1 egg
🍋2 cups of all-purpose flour

Procedure:

To start we will need to zest the three lemons and place them in a large bowl. Then from those same 3 lemons we take out the juice and mix it with the lemon zest so that the cookie has a lot of lemon flavor.

Now we add the sugar and butter and start stirring well with a wooden spoon until everything is well integrated.
