Good morning ☀️ happy start to the week 💚 hope everyone has a great day. I continue with my beautiful cupcake recipes 👩🏻🍳✨ on this occasion I present some colorful cupcakes with Paw patrol stickers 🐶🚑 the cartoon loved by many children.
I made these cupcakes for my little nephew's birthday. Everything about the birthday was for Paw patrol 🐶 and obviously the cupcakes couldn't be missing. So let's start this wonderful recipe.
Buen día ☀️ felíz inicio de semana 💚 espero que todos tengan un día grandioso. Yo continuo con mis recetas hermosas de cupcakes 🧁👩🏻🍳✨ en esta ocasión presento unos cupcakes coloridos con stickers de Paw patrol 🐶🚑 la caricatura amada por muchos niños.
Estos cupcakes 🧁 los hice para el cumpleaños de mi sobrino pequeño. Todo lo del cumpleaños fue con motivo de Paw patrol 🐶 y obviamente los cupcakes no podían faltar. Así que demos inicio a esta maravilla de receta.
For the elaboration of this recipe I have used the following ingredients:
✓125 gr of margarine.
✓250 gr of sugar.
✓2 eggs.
✓250 gr wheat flour.
✓1 cup of milk.
✓Baking powders.
✓Essence of ice cream.
✓"Capacillos"
✓White meringue.
✓Colors (blue, yellow, orange)
✓Sleeve, duya.
✓Colored sparks.
✓Paw patrol stickers.
Para la elaboración de esta receta he utilizado los siguientes ingredientes:
✓125 gr de margarina.
✓250 gr de azúcar.
✓2 huevos.
✓250 gr harina de trigo.
✓1 taza de leche.
✓Polvos de hornear.
✓Esencia de mantecado.
✓"Capacillos"
✓Merengue blanco.
✓Colorantes (azul, amarillo, naranja)
✓Manga, duya.
✓Chispas de colores.
✓Stickers de Paw patrol.
🌈 Step 1: I have started preparing the ingredients for our small cupcakes, for this I proceed to mix the margarine in my mixer until creamy, then add the sugar and beat until I feel no grains, now I proceed to add the eggs along with the essence of shortbread and finally added the wheat flour and the baking powder together with the milk alternately (flour and powder previously sifted) until obtaining a mixture for our cupcakes. 👩🏻🍳
🌈 Paso 1: He iniciado preparando los ingredientes de nuestros pequeños cupcakes 🧁 para esto procedo a mezclar en mi batidora la margarina hasta que esté cremada luego agrego el azúcar y bato hasta no sentir granos, ahora procedo agregar los huevos junto con la esencia de mantecado y por último agrego la harina de trigo y los polvos de hornear junto con la leche de manera alternada (harina y polvos previamente cernidos) hasta obtener una mezcla para nuestros cupcakes. 🧁👩🏻🍳
🌈 Step 2: Now we proceed to add the mixture in our molds I have used yellow, blue and brown "capacillos" and how they taste I use reusable cans as molds (it's a great idea and very practical) with help With a spoon I proceed to pour the mixture into each of the molds.
🌈 Step 3: Once the above is done, I proceed to bake at a temperature of 250 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes, the time will vary depending on the temperature of your oven.
🌈 Paso 2: Ahora procedemos a agregar la mezcla en nuestros moldes 🧁 he utilizado "capacillos" color amarillo, azul y marrón y cómo saben utilizo como moldes unas latas reusables (es una gran idea y muy práctica) con ayuda de una cuchara procedo a vaciar la mezcla en cada uno de los moldes.
🌈 Paso 3: Listo lo anterior procedo a llevar al horno a una temperatura de 250 grados por aproximadamente 25 30 minutos el tiempo va variar según la temperatura de tu horno.
🌈 Step 4: With our mini cupcakes ready we proceed to decorate for this we are going to use white meringue which we paint with the desired colors, this time I have used yellow, orange and blue and I have created 3 meringues of different colors.
🌈 Step 5: I have proceeded to place the meringue in 3 separate sleeves in such a way as to have unicolor cupcakes. With the help of the sleeve and his I have proceeded to d
🌈 Paso 4: Ya con nuestros mini ponqués listos procedemos a decorar para esto vamos a utilizar merengue blanco el cuál pintamos con los colores deseados, en esta ocasión he utilizado color amarillo, naranja y azul y he creado 3 merengues de colores diferentes.
🌈 Paso 5: He procedido a colocar el merengue en 3 mangas por separado de tal manera de tener cupcakes unicolor. Con ayuda de la manga y la suya he procedido a decorar de la siguiente manera:

🌈 Paso 6 : Para finalizar la decoración procedo a colocar chispas de colores y los stickers, dichos stickers están colocados en un pequeño palo de altura para que se vean de esta manera:

Quedaron bellos, me encanta Paw Patrol Cupcakes, pero no digas nada, que luego se entera la gente que lo veía con mis sobrinos jaja. Siempre me ha gustado cuando usan capacillos de colores, le da mucha vida a los cupcakes.
