
Hello friends how are you all I hope you all are fine I am also fine. so today I made a Pakistani dish with my mom its name is rashmi kabab my mom helped me alot while making rashmi kabab. this is one of my favourite foods and making it is also easy. Rashmi kabab is eaten with great interest in our home we can eat it with naan (bread) and we can eat it with rice also. I enjoy eating it with naan so I eat it with naan and I always make fries with it I enjoy eating it with fries a lot. this time I also gave it smoke with coal so its taste becomes more enhanced. so let’s start making it.
ingredients
To make rashmi kabab the things needed are these.
. chicken breast piece
. onions
. potatoes
. green chilis
. half ginger
. half garlic (5 to 6 pieces)
. coriander leaves
. coriander powder and cumin
. salt
. red chili powder
. black pepper
. garam masala
. oil
. turmeric
. coal
. tomatoes
. flour
So these things are needed to make rashmi kabab.







the process of minching chicken.
We took 1 chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. and took 2 onions and 2 potatoes some green chilis and half garlic and half ginger and some coriander leaves. My mom likes to mince meat at home so we do not bring minced meat from outside but we mince it at home. and my mom does this work because I do not know how to mince meat it is very difficult. so in the meat grinder my mom minced the chicken breast piece with onion, potatoes, chilis, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves. so after mincing everything well then we have to separate the water from it otherwise the kabab will not be made properly.

So I transferred the minced mixture into a bowl then in it I added salt one and half spoon , red chili powder 2 spoon, coriander powder 2 spoon, garam masala 1 tea spoon , black pepper 1 tea spoon, cumin powder 2 spoon, turmeric 1 tea spoon after adding these spices we have to mix them well into the meat then in this mixture we have to add a little flour so it becomes a little thick.










frying the kabab and potatoes
In a pan put a little oil then give shape to the rashmi kabab and fry them well. and fry them until their color becomes a little dark. for fries cut the potatoes and add salt then fry them well also. when both things are fried well then take a coal heat it then put it on something and keep it over the kabab then quickly put a lid on it so the smoke goes well into the kabab.





preparing the curry
Cut 7 tomatoes into small pieces and grind them well. then in a pot take a little oil then cut 2 onions and fry them well in this oil then add 2 spoon red chili powder 1 spoon salt and 1 spoon cumin powder then add the grind tomatoes in it then add 1 spoon tomato paste then cook it well.


Assembling everything
When the curry is cooked well then put the kabab pieces on it then put the fries on it. then close the lid of the pot and cook it for 10 mins on low flame.
