El mes de agosto es el mes de mi cumpleaños, por lo cual quise comenzar el mes de agosto agradeciendo por arribar a un año más de vida.
Comparto tres veces a la semana con unas mujeres muy hermosas en mi clase de yoga, ese espacio que decido dedicarme, me ha enriquecido en muchos sentido, es un espacio que me ha hecho estar más consciente de la luz que habita en mí y en todos.
Motivado a esa experiencia interna y maravillosa, quise agradecer a Dios, quien habita en mis compañeras de yoga, de una forma sencilla y llena de mucho amor. Me encanta cocinar y regalar, para este agradecimiento decidí realizar unos cupcakes con nueces, pasas y chispas de chocolates y llevarlos a la clase.

Motivated by this inner and wonderful experience, I wanted to thank God, who dwells in my yoga partners, in a simple and loving way. I love to cook and give gifts, for this gratitude I decided to make some cupcakes with nuts, raisins and chocolate chips and take them to the class.
Para realizar estos cupcakes utilicé 3 huevos, 150 gramos de mantequilla con sal, 5 tazas de harina de trigo leudante, 2 tazas de azúcar y 2 tazas de leche líquida.
To make these cupcakes I used 3 eggs, 150 grams of salted butter, 5 cups of leavening flour, 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of liquid milk.
