¡Buenos días abejitas! ☕💫Espero que se encuentren excelente y tengan un maravilloso día. Este fin de semana que paso me quede en casa de mi madre, cada vez que me quedo un fin de semana acostumbro a preparar algún postre para compartir y ver películas, pero como mi hijo esta finalizando las clases y estábamos algo full practicando para un show de talento en el colegio, no me dio tiempo de hacer nada, pero mi mamá dijo no vamos a pasar el fin sin postre y se puso hacer una torta de pan, así que les comparto la elaboración.
📝 Ingredientes:
● Pan
● 🥛 Leche
● 2 Cdas de aceite
●🥚 2 Huevos
●1 Taza de Azúcar
● Pasas
● 1/4 Taza de leche condensada
● 🥃1 Shot de Ron
👩🏻🍳 Preparación:
1.- Cortamos el pan que en este caso es campesino en trozos pequeños, no importa que el pan tenga un par de días o este duro, el pan que utilizo mi mamá lo saco del congelador, ya que ella acostumbra guardarlo así cuando tiene mucha cantidad.

This weekend I stayed at my mom's house, every time I stay a weekend I usually prepare some dessert to share and watch movies, but as my son is finishing classes and we were somewhat full practicing for a talent show at school, I did not have time to do anything, but my mom said we will not spend the weekend without dessert and started making a bread cake, so I share with you the elaboration.
📝 Ingredients:
● Bread
● 🥛 Milk
● 2 Tbsp oil
●🥚 2 Eggs.
●1 Cup Sugar
● Raisins
● 1/4 Cup condensed milk
● ● 🥃1 Shot Rum.
👩🏻🍳 Preparation:
1.- We cut the bread which in this case is peasant bread in small pieces, it doesn't matter if the bread is a couple of days old or hard, the bread that my mom uses I take it out of the freezer, since she uses to keep it like this when she has a lot of quantity.
2.- En el bowl colocamos los trozos de pan y agregamos la leche que hicimos con anticipación y dejamos remojar por unos minutos. Seguidamente agregamos los huevos, pasas, aceite, azúcar y removemos.
2.- In the bowl place the bread pieces and add the milk that we made in advance and let it soak for a few minutes. Then add the eggs, raisins, oil, sugar and stir.
3.- Por último añadimos la leche condensada, el ron y mezclamos.
3.- Finally add the condensed milk, rum and mix.
4.- Agregamos la mezcla al molde previamente engrasado y enharinado, para llevaral horno por unos 45 minutos aproximadamente a 180° C o hasta que al introducir un palillo, este salga limpio. Retiramos, dejamos reposar y desmoldamos para degustar.
4.- Add the mixture to the previously greased and floured mold and bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 180° C or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove, let stand and unmold to taste.
Al dejarla reposar la torta bajará un poco, debido a su densidad. A mi me gusta dejarla un rato en la nevera antes de consumirla.😋
