Happy Sunday Hive food friends, how are you all. I would like to share with us the recipes of Editan soup, Editan soup is one of my favorites soup.
*Recipes*
Editan, water leaves, Periwinkles, cray fish, smoke fish, cow meat, cow meat skin, salt, maggi, pepper, onions.


Preparations
*Slice Editan leaves pieces it and wash with cool water to remove the bitterness and set aside.

*Wash water leaves slice and set aside

*Wash my meat and cow skin meat seasoning it with chopped onions, maggi, pepper, salt to taste, on my gas cylinder put my pot of meat on fire cook until tender wash my smoke fish with water remove bone, wash Periwinkles add them to the pot of cooked meat

*Add palm oil, pepper, salt maggi, cray fish to the pot cover it for 5 minutes, after then add my water leaves mix it well and allowed it for some times.
*Add editan leaves mix it well and have a taste, let it simmer for 3 minutes. Then my editan soup is ready.
