TO SUMMARISE THE INGREDIENTS
WITH BEEF STEW
- Beef Broth
- herbs and spices such as oregano, and different kinds of dry peppers. ( use those that you want such thyme and other herbs).
- olive oil
I blend the oil and herbs together
I then heat a pan and sealed both side of the beef.
WITH GARLIC RAISINS RICE
- I have earlier soak the brown rice in a water for 1.5 hours.
- After soaking, I cook it like how you normally cook the rice. For example, 1 cup rice is equal to 1.5 cup of water.
- 1 whole Chop garlic,
-1 big yellow onions
- 200 grams rains
- taco seasoning mix or just use salt
- virgin coconut oil
