IT TAKES A LOT OF COURAGE TO EXERCISE AT HOME ALONE
Many of us are out of energy to do anything. We face the phone and computer 24/7, 7 days a week.
You are may not that person and I am happy you are motivated as I do.
But most likely many of us do not know how to exercise on our own.
Think about it, this time around, we are not going to work, not getting out of the house.
No adrenalin, no motivation, no hope, confuse and restless. Trust me, I know.
The first 2 weeks of lockdown I can bear the isolation.
After 2 weeks of not going out, living with fear, I start getting sick.
I start to cry for nothing.
The gym I use to go to were closed. We are not allowed to go to the parks. Every social activities were close.
We are given a pass to allow us to buy food or medicine with a days allocated to each citizen.
One morning I stood up and said, I have to keep going.
Being alone in Davao, away from my family is hard when you have no one to talk but yourself or the internet.
I stop looking at the news I told my friends stop sending me all this news or I will UNFRIEND YOU
I use the tools that makes me happy like listening to music.
Music that makes me stand up to go for a walk by the staircase and laundry area.
I do the usual routine as the same as I go to gym, do my laundry, write blog and create motivating videos.
When on Monday, I dress up as if I go to work.
I offer free English classes to some people.
My day feels like it is back to normal after doing all that.
