In this video @nicollefiallo and I make some Ecuadorian Style Shrimp Ceviche (Ceviche de Camarón) for dinner. It's a classic Ecuadorian dish and @nicollefiallo took lead in the kitchen to show me how it's done. The result was a deliciously flavorful dish. It can be eaten hot or chilled.
