Recientemente estuve investigando sobre que soluciones descentralizadas que existen que permitan realizar intercambios de criptomonedas con opción de mercado con límite, de forma segura y sobre todo desde Cuba. Mi sorpresa fue encontrar en mi propia cara como Hiver la solución HIVE-ENGINE IS THE WAY.
Corren tiempos convulsos donde lo impensable pasa de forma natural. ¿Quién creería que FTX el cuarto mayor intercambio centralizado del mundo estaría enmarañado y caería en un evento de cisne negro afectando profundamente a todo el universo cripto? Es que cada vez se hace más notable la necesidad de ser los dueños de nuestros activos y hacer voto al concepto* "No son tus llaves no son tus criptos" *. El riesgo siempre es mayor cuando se necesita a un tercero de confianza y el verdadero sentir del universo cripto es que solo se puede confiar en la desconfianza.

Cuando se trata de acceso a plataformas tecnológicas en internet, sobre todo cuando hay presencia de finanzas, los cubanos sufrimos grandes limitaciones. Es que las leyes extraterritoriales en el mundo de las finanzas y el miedo a recibir medidas directas del gobierno de EUA en estas plataformas es evidente y hasta cierto punto justificable: *"un cliente que puede traerte pérdidas es indeseable" *. Pero es una ironía limitarnos nuestro acceso cuando se trata de criptomonedas y la blockchain, pues su sentido de existencia es la pura libertad e igualdad de oportunidades.
Es común que un cubano navegando en internet reciba el error 403, que algunos sortean usando VPN. También es común que en los términos y condiciones del servicio te excluyan de manera evidente, o peor, una vez dentro de estas plataformas te cancelen el servicio o congelen los activos.
A sortear estas dificultades hemos aprendido, comunidades como @hivecuba o @bitcoinasere se dedican a hacerle la vida más llevadera a los criptoentusiastas ofreciendo soluciones y caminos necesarios para evitar las trampas mientras jugamos en el buscaminas de Internet. Las criptomonedas han servido para devolvernos la dignidad en Internet y nuestros derechos como ciudadanos del mundo.

CEX, SWAP & DEX
Pese a las restricciones hay varios intercambios centralizados (CEX) que permiten bajo ciertos límites la operación de cubanos. Algunos más osados como CoinEX que permiten el KYC de cubanos, y ha subvencionado actividades educativas en Cuba, y otros que no necesitan KYC si operas por debajo de un límite razonable que en el contexto cubano es más que suficiente como Kucoin.
El mayor interés en estas plataformas está en quienes se dedican a hacer trading. Existe en Cuba toda una comunidad que estudia esta actividad, capacita y ofrece asesorías a los nuevos usuarios, sobre todo en @bitcoinasere https://t.me/BitcoinAsereComunidad.
Independientemente de que nos permitan el acceso o no, las CEX siempre conllevan riesgos de inoperatividad. Es común que sean susceptibles a los giros del mercado y en momentos de gran volatibilidad los retiros sean congelados y no precisamente por problemas como ahora en FTX.
Para realizar intercambios directos, dicho de otro modo SWAP existen muchas opciones, las más populares para nosotros los cubanos son FixedFloat, ChangeNow e incluso en la pasarela de pagos QvaPay. Este tipo de soluciones te permite hacer intercambios rápidos entre criptomonedas de manera que la entrada y salida siempre está en tu poder, tus llaves tus criptos. Pero si estás buscando un precio relativo de intercambio que te sea ventajoso, lo que en términos de intercambio se conoce como orden de límite esta solución no es la adecuada.
Por mucho tiempo estuve haciendo intercambio de límite usando el API FixedFloat de una manera bastante incómoda. En esencia estuve haciendo llamada al API para chequear precio de los activos a intercambiar y lanzando una notificación en el momento que el precio era el que me convenía. También me pasó que en el momento del cambio perdía unos minutos entre que vería la notificación ponía los datos, hacía el envío y recibía mis fondos de retorno, la volatilidad la mayoría de las veces me hacía malas jugadas. Les dejo a continuación mi script en Ipython o Jupyter que usé en el proceso por si a alguien le resulta interesante:

This type of solution allows you to make fast exchanges between cryptocurrencies so that the entry and exit are always in your possession, your keys your cryptos. But if you are looking for a relative exchange price that is advantageous to you, what in exchange terms is known as limit order this solution is not the right one.
For a long time I was doing limit intercabio using the API FixedFloat in a rather awkward way. In ecencia I was making a call to the API of the price of the assets to be exchanged and launching a notification at the moment that the price was the one that I was interested in. It also happened to me that at the time of the change I lost a few minutes between when I would see the notification I put the data, made the shipment and received my return fords, which most of the time made bad plays for me. Los intercambios descentralizados DEX por su parte te permiten hacer SWAP entre diversos token dentro de una cadena de bloques, la diferencia con FixedFloat por poner un ejemplo, es que durante el tiempo que se ejecuta el intercambio, envías tus fondos a una dirección que te proveen, esperan a que se confirme en la blockchain que enviaste los fondos, se realiza el intercambio en la plataforma y te notifican que te fue enviado el monto adecuado pasa un tiempo en que no estás en poder de tus fondos, ocurren errores y tienes que a veces contactar a soporte para que te destrabe tus fondos.
Aprovecho para reconocer públicamente que el soporte de FixedFloat y ChangeNow es muy rápido y profesional.
Con la mayoría de los DEX pasa lo mismo que con los SWAP, solo te permiten hacer intercambios según las tasas del momento. Hay muy pocas soluciones, casi inexitentes, que incluyen libros de órdenes y operaciones de creación de marcado de límite. Una de las pocas DEX que permiten operaciones de límite sobre las cadenas de bloques de ETH, BSC y Polygon es 1Inch y Matcha.Xyz. En el caso de 1Inch adivinen:

Resulta evidente que para acceder a 1Inch habría que hacerlo por VPN lo cual por amor propio no hago, evito todo aquello que me discrimine como ser humano. En el caso de Matcha las órdenes de límite tienen caducidad, por lo que ejecutar poner una orden puede tener un costo adicional de pago del gas necesario, más allá de lo habitual de la red específica.

Además en su capa L2 destinada a Dapps y contratos inteligentes se ha implementado la creación de token y los intercambios, y desde bien temprano se implementó la creación de órdenes de límite. Esta capa es la que se conoce como Hive-Engine teniendo varios FrondEnds como el propio Hive-Engine, Tribaldex o LeoDex, entre otros. Más allá del diseño visual todos ejecutan las mismas acciones e interacciones durante los intercambios.
He estado atento a las publicaciones diarias de @taskmaster4450, yo le recomiendo a todos darle una vista por su profundo carácter educativo sobre la plataforma Hive y otros temas. A través de él he visto la evolución del ecosistema y noticias alentadoras de las funcionalidades que se vienen, no se sorprendan si pronto existiera un mercado de futuros descentralizados 😏.
Entre las principales funcionalidades se destacan:
- Intercambio SWAP entre tokens del ecosistema Hive.
- Creación de órdenes de límite entre varios tokens y SWAP.HIVE.
- Creación de Tokens.
- Tokens con valores vinculados.
- Interacción directa mediante el API de Hive-Engine.
- Mucho más en cuanto se habilite plenamente la ejecución de contratos inteligentes 🤗.
- Las operaciones se realizan con cero fee, solo el gasto normal de los RC por el uso común de la cadena de bloques de Hive.
