Flower Crab Spider - Thomisus labefactus

At first glance, it appeared to be a crab that had become lost in the bushes. But how can crabs live in the bushes, right?

It's without a doubt the crab spider, the other king of predators in the bush kingdom besides the jumping spider and the orb-weaver spider.

Crab spiders have deadly jaws, just like other types of spiders. They frequently ambush pollinators perched on flowers while their potential prey is sucking nectar.

And this is a white crab spider of the genus Thomisus. To be specific, the Thomisus labefactus species.

Based on the features of her fat abdomen, this one looks like a female.

Because it frequently ambushes and preys on flowers, it is also known as the flower crab spider.
