I was for couple of hours looking at the tv screen and switching off channels like a whim and as like that there are no such channels left to choose and set on to watch. Ha, what a horrible scene it is! When you have 200+ channels on the boom box and neither of a channel fits your interest ; then its a serious case, man! Even my close friend was sitting beside me and he was saying,

What the cheese you are doing, c'mon are you squeezing it or just playing it like a piano, its just a remote, man! Hearing that from him,I was just couldnt resist laughing, 😀.. Really, what exactly was I doing? Did I exactly have a point, well might be.
Yet, exactly I did have a point and thats really a fact to look after when it comes to the world of sports.The matter of fact is true that, in the 200+ channels of the tv screen, I saw 20-25 sports channel, which basically cover more of domestic and international matches, of which some are broadcasting mode and other showing repeated matches and the historic matches took place a near decades ago. Now, who would want to see such stale and worn-out match that were seen quite a frequent times?
Well,at least for me, it wasnt an enjoyable scene to watch and that made me to jump into a conclusion that, first of all what we see in the sports played all around the globe, more than 90% of them are only organised either the council behind the board needs money and revenue from tickets selling, from sponsorships to the broadcasters who would pay them price to have valid slot to show the match on their channel and,

Secondly I was quite unsure whether I was a fool or a clever a client to pay such a price to the cable tv companies with the added subscriptions giving them every single month, just to watch silly displays and some puppet comedies hosted by the clowns I can very well see them outside my window. Terrific was the thought that came and I wasnt sure of reaching a decisive point. Harsh that was, 😦
It wouldnt be overstated a fact that as the time passed on and we entered into a new era of rapid communication and developed so many options of watching sports, from long distances to our own homes, at the table of tea stalls and gossiping with friends over players we like to posit as the prime element of discussion, to the office ward and the hospital outlets where patients waiting for appointment -- passing boring times to spend them watching tv rather a sporting actions.
Now, heading back at the time when it was all about stadium compound and the benches row and column, from up and down to the round robin shape ; where so many fans and peopel from same team to the oppositions sit shoulder to shoulder and with colorful jerseys scattering an exciting aura,; cheering and creating noises that dont sound bad at all to hear ; its the time when actual pleasure was to see a match.

There was a wise saying some of the older grandpa used to tell, that is too many cooks spoil the broth it looked like to have a slight modification in the meaning attached to it that says, too many of something causes to loose gravity of it. Now when I look at the wise quote, its comparatively true for todays circumstances, the number of matches played all around the year, oh my goodness! Football actions, the national level matches, league titles with so many types and spectators like me find it a chaos to see and prioritise what and why others not?
The result of the incident made me the whole scenario to change, now that people dont anticipate to watch a match for long time and they dont save half of the months coffee cents into watching a match that supposedly have more value and worth than the coffee drinking itself. Such kind of crazy fans have diminished to a staggering extent that, now-a-days fans are seen to be short term, they jump back from supporting one to another and quite fairly have a scanty passion to sports.
Now, if this scenario holds on for long and only the commercial aspect of sports come out then possibly a time would come when people will have little to less attention for quality sports. Its the craziness that has the highest values for any sport, becuase fans are those who acts as a force behind the construction of making a particular sport a grand hit. Without them sport would be a river with meagre stream in the bottom. Thats my opinion and I speak what I see as truth.

I just dont have a complain,but being an actual fan of sports, hereby I wish that, what was once genuine and old comes to the realm of beauty again, sublime spirit is what the tradition follows through, the primitive stream that emerges from the core and evolves with the time ; which marks the true character, whether that is sport or anything -- thats true for all.
Change is good, but distortion and complete modification is dangerous and ineffective ; where such things go on, value start to decrease. I just dont look at the league matches with a tense heart ; to me there arent any spice and valuable a piece to watch. Because it comes every year and losing a champions trophy isnt a matter of big regret, because who knows, the next year a better chance might come.
I hope that, these good memories and the core things in sports last long and modernity retain the touch of genuine traditions, rather than unending modifications. If that happens, sport would be good and enjoyable forever and fascination would be there with it.
