I had a better day on Thursday first going out for an hours of 1-on-1 tennis, I was fairly productive after that in the afternoon and cleaned my appartment doing the dishes in the early evening.
Daily Food Journal
I did once again eat some bread and also spashetti in the evening for plenty of carbs. The goal is still to have lost weight over the course of the month which is still very much in range. I'll start drinking water again a lot more and will be having a high discipline period at least during the 2-Week group stage of the world cup.
