Day 1679 | 4-Week Gym Membership


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I have been looking to actually going to the gym for a while but never wanted to comit for a full year. With black Friday however, there was a deal for a 4-Week membership for 32.5€ and I bought one of those while considering buying another. The idea is to do this for a month intensively simimar to how I join many hot yoga classes whenever I have a subscription there. 1 day passes for me always are just way too expensive and I want to get some value out of it.

I will seen when I will start this 4 or 8 week fitness gym journey. First though, I ant to get my weight down a bit and most of all my skin cleared out.

Daily Food Journal
Sunday as the last day of the week was not the best day when it came down to eating, getting some bread and potato chips.

Today Goals
The only real goal I have today and the 2 days after to end the month is to drink a lot of water and make it into fasting days just eating once a day.
