Day 1862 | Morning Walk & Evening Yoga


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was a pretty standard Monday going for another morning walk followed by some productivty, some basic reps, an afternoon nap and an early evening Hot Yoga Session. I didn't eat much during the day with an apple and 2 bananas but couldn't resiste some potato chips in the evening while atching tv. As it's close to the end of the month, I'm pushing a 100% clean lifestyle with more daily reps toward June and July

Today GoalsI have an appointment with a dematologist for the first time in over a decade and will be making it into a usual family day on Tuesday after some initial productivity.
