One match tonight in the Belgian league that was postponed a while ago due to covid cases.
Waasland-Beveren vs Sint-Truiden
Waasland was one of the teams in the bottom who took a win giving them renewed hope to still stay in the league now being 3 points behind on the team above them with 1 match extra to be played and 3 opponents that are beatable. It is often the case that teams at the bottom start winning near the end and playing many matches in a short time tends to be an advantage in this situation as they have a higher chance to remain in that flow. This got me to take a full unit bet on Waasland +0.25 @ 1.955 which I shared in the SBC Discord right after their match ended which might have been a bit too optimistic. Sint-Truiden also managed to win their match after 200% finishing in the 1st half against Mechelen. Mathematically, they aren't safe yet and they have 2 more difficult matches against Genk and Anderlecht. A win tonight would make them mathematically certain though and I did fully hedge out of my position as I was a bit too optimistic on Waasland at the moment now taking Stvv +0.25 @ 2.07 to have a bit of risk-free profit regardless of what happens. Stvv is best when playing on the counter and that is likely what they will manage to do tonight. I do like Waasland who will have to come to win the corners matchup and took a small-medium position combined on
Waasland +0 Corners @ 1.95 and
Waasland 1H Corners +0 @1.94 who have both the stats and situation in their favor at a 0-0 score. Should be an interesting matchup likely with nervous ol.
