It's possible. But it would also be the biggest transfer in French football history, although the transfer itself will not cost anything to PSG as Messi is a free agent. They will of course have to pay the yearly salary and various bonuses, and I don't know how they will satisfy the financial fair-play rules.
That's quite a team they put together with Messi, Neymar and Mbappé!
It is indeed, probably one of the best attacking trio in football history. And with the rest of the team quite strong too, that's impressive. It's possible the Ligue 1 will become boring for them, maybe that's when teams will be able to win against them.
