El nombre de Antonio Conte merece mucho más respeto y admiración de la que recibe actualmente, pues estamos ante uno de los mejores técnicos de esta generación.
Lo que ha logrado Conte a lo largo de su carrera deportiva, tanto como jugador y como técnico, es impresionante; aunque sólo nos centraremos en esta ocasión en su carrera como director técnico.
Sus inicios
Como la gran mayoría de directores técnicos Antonio Conte comenzó desde las bases del fútbol italiano, ya que empezó entrenando a modestos equipos del "Calcio".
Conte inicia entrenando a pequeños equipos con los que logra ascender de categorías, primeramente lo hizo con el S.S.C Bari en el 2009.
Luego dos años más tarde y en su primera temporada con el Siena, logra el ascenso a la máxima categoría del fútbol del pais de la bota.
Sin dudas requiere muchos méritos y elogios lograr el ascenso con dos equipos humildes, en un fútbol tan rudo y ríspido como el balón pie italiano. Esto habla de la idea futbolista que ya implementaba Antonio Conte desde sus inicio y que sello característico de sus equipos, el orden defensivo.
El salto
Como es de costumbre en el ambiente futbolistico, cuando alguien ya sea jugador o en este caso un director técnico, haga las cosas bien, llame la atención de los grandes clubes.
Esto mismo paso con Conte quien ese mismo año dejó de ser técnico del Siena para unirse a las filas de un viejo conocido La "Vechia Signora".
Conte por fin comenzó a dirigir a un gran club y con mucha tradición. Quizás por aquel tiempo la Juventus no pasaba por sus mejores momentos, pues Antonio recibió a un club en el séptimo puesto de la liga y comenzó lo que sería casi una década de dominio en el fútbol italiano de la Juventus.
Conte logró tres títulos de liga consecutivos con la Juventus antes de buscar nuevos retos personales a su carrera como director técnico, pues tras salir coronado como campeón con la Vechia Signora, se hizo cargo de la selección italiana.
Su paso con la selección nacional de italiano duró dos años, desde el año 2014 al 2016, año en que compitió en la Eurocopa de muy buena manera, puesto que Italia no contaba con muchos buenos jugadores o estos ya estaban en la parte final de su carrera, sin embargo, con Conte dieron mucho más de lo que se esperaba de ellos.
Nuevos rumbos
Conte decidió que era tiempo de tomar nuevos retos en su creciente carrera y no dudo ante el reto de tomar una nueva aventura y de precisamente aventurarse a una nueva liga, con nuevas costumbres e idioma nuevo.
La oferta del Chelsea Fc, Conte no la desaprovechó y tomó a un equipo que parecía desecho y del cual no se esperaba mucho.
Se hizo cargo del equipo inglés, que había terminado décimo la temporada pasada y con el mismo equipo y sin ningún fichaje lo hizo campeón en su primera temporada, algo de lo que ya hemos visto en Conte, quien logra tener un gran impacto en los clubes que dirige desde el comienzo.
En su segundo año con el equipo inglés Antonio lograría el título de la FA Cup, que el Chelsea tenía años que no ganaba. La aventura por Inglaterra llegaría hasta ahí.
El regreso a Italia
Conte regresaría a Italia pero no para unirse a la Juventus, sino para aliarse de un rival muy conocido como el Ínter de Milán.
El proyecto del Ínter parecía interesante, pues ya venía dando algunos indicios que quería volver a las viejas glorias pasadas, no obstante, el peso y el poderío económico de la Juventus, lucia casi imposible que alguien pudiera arrebatarle el título doméstico a la Vechia Signora.
Con una plantilla con algunos jugadores de buena calidad, quizás no los más mediáticos, pero con hambre de títulos, con una base experimentada, además de contar con una de las pareja de delanteros más peligrosas de Italia y con jóvenes frescos, el Ínter se hacía ilusiones a inicios de temporada.
Sin embargo, en una temporada tan larga y quizás sin los recambios suficientes, en momentos de altibajos los sueños de los neroazurri, parecían volverse pesadillas.
No obstante, con paso seguro y sin desalentarse el Ínter supo aguantar los momentos difíciles del año, y todos unidos supieron echar para adelante en el camino.
Conte es un gran técnico, uno de los mejores de esta época, quizás su estilo no le agrade a muchos, y a otros sí, la forma en que vive el fútbol es única como también su forma de celebrar los goles, no se ve a diario en un director técnico.
El único pendiente de Conte es ganar la Champions League, ya lo veremos ¿lo veremos?

Conte did not miss the offer from Chelsea Fc and took over a team that seemed to be a waste of money and from which not much was expected.
He took over the English team, which had finished tenth last season, and with the same team and without any signings he made them champions in his first season, something we have already seen in Conte, who manages to have a great impact on the clubs he manages from the beginning.
In his second year with the English team Antonio would win the FA Cup title, which Chelsea had not won for years. The adventure in England would go as far as that.
The return to Italy
Conte would return to Italy but not to join Juventus, but to join a well-known rival, Inter Milan.
Inter's project seemed interesting, as they were already giving some signs that they wanted to return to the old glories of the past, however, the weight and economic power of Juventus made it almost impossible for anyone to snatch the domestic title from the Vechia Signora.
With a squad with some good quality players, perhaps not the most media-worthy, but with a hunger for titles, an experienced core, one of the most dangerous front pairing in Italy and fresh youngsters, Inter had high hopes at the start of the season.
However, in such a long season and perhaps without sufficient replacements, in moments of ups and downs, the dreams of the Neroazurri seemed to turn into nightmares.
Nevertheless, with a sure step and without getting discouraged, Inter knew how to endure the difficult moments of the year, and all together they knew how to move forward along the way.
Conte is a great coach, one of the best of this era, perhaps his style does not please many, and others do, the way he lives soccer is unique as well as his way of celebrating goals, not seen every day in a manager.
Conte's only pending task is to win the Champions League, we'll see, we'll see?
